Escalation from Salesforce to Hubcase Hosted CRM

Scenario:

Customer who purchased wine from a liquor store complains the French Wine is too sweet. Liquor Store (party1 in the following) opens a Case in its salesforce system, and then decided the case needed to escalate to the French Winery.
