2. Create new cases/tickets

 

3. Many tickets are created by many agents, and queued for delivery to Salesforce

 

4. When Salesforce is back online, cases are created automatically within Salesforce.com

 

5. One of the cases originally created in Hubcase, and now handled in Salesforce
